Therapy Near Yonge and Eglinton

ReFresh Psychotherapy is a group therapy practice at 505 Eglinton Ave W, Ste 401, about 1.4 kilometres west of Yonge and Eglinton and two stops away on Line 5. Much of the work here is with adults and couples on burnout, work stress, anxiety, ADHD and relationships, alongside therapy for children and families and psychological and psychoeducational assessments, in person and online across Ontario, with evening and weekend appointments. Whatever brought you here, there is likely someone on the team who does that work.

Why Yonge and Eglinton clients come to ReFresh

For people who live or work near Yonge and Eglinton, ReFresh is a short trip that fits a full calendar. The office is close enough to reach on a lunch break or after work, and the space itself is calm and unhurried once you are in.

The trip is easy. Eglinton station connects Line 1 and Line 5, and the Crosstown runs west along Eglinton. Avenue is one stop, Chaplin is two, and both are a few minutes’ walk from our door. Many online transit directions still show the old routing, so give yourself a moment to check.

We keep evening and weekend hours because that is when people who work full-time can actually come. Some of our therapists work with adults on burnout, work stress and career change, and our psychologists assess adults for ADHD, autism and other concerns, which can support workplace accommodations.

Couples work is a big part of this office, and scheduling is usually the obstacle. Several therapists hold evening and weekend slots because two people with demanding jobs rarely share a free weekday afternoon.

Fees depend on the therapist and their designation. We also keep reduced-fee spots with our supervised intern and a small number of sliding-scale places we sort out case by case. If cost is the barrier, say so when you call.

Getting To The Office

From Yonge and Eglinton it is one stop on Line 5 to Avenue, two to Chaplin, or an eighteen-minute walk straight along Eglinton. Here is the detail.
Eglinton station connects Line 1 and Line 5. Take Line 5 west one stop to Avenue and walk about 400 metres east, or two stops to Chaplin and walk 300 metres east. Either walk is three to five minutes, and both stations are underground and accessible.
It is about 1.4 kilometres due west along Eglinton, roughly eighteen minutes, one street, no turns.
Green P Lot 47 at 125 Burnaby Blvd is the closest lot, open 24 hours, about three minutes’ walk, with accessible spaces and rates recently around $1.50 per half hour. There is Green P pay-and-display along Eglinton. Parking is tighter between nine and eleven on weekday mornings.
The front entrance on Eglinton is at street level, and there is an elevator to the fourth floor. In the interest of being straight with you: the entrance may have a small lip at the door, and the fourth-floor washroom is not wheelchair accessible. If access is a concern, call us at 647-933-5717 before you book and we will talk through what to expect.
