I’m a licensed psychologist with 24 years of experience working with teens and adults. Some clients come to therapy looking for tools to manage specific symptoms such as sadness, worry, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or concentration difficulties, whereas others feel stuck or overwhelmed by challenging situations. Many are high-functioning but feel off-track emotionally. They are managing to the outside world but struggle with self-doubt. They compare themselves to others and worry that they will be seen as an impostor or feel exhausted from trying to meet high standards. For individuals with ADHD, I offer strategies to strengthen organization, prioritizing, managing distractions, and problem-solving skills.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation that avoids jargon or judgment. I try to create a collaborative space where a person feels understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, or low self-esteem, I use an eclectic approach to help you work with your thoughts and emotions.
This may be your first time looking for a therapist, or maybe you have tried therapy before, but something didn’t click or yield the desired outcome. As someone who once struggled to find the right therapist, I understand how hard it can be to feel truly heard. That experience made me realize that therapy is work and there are rarely quick fixes, so working with someone you trust is very important. Let’s talk about what’s going on and how I can help. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a feel for what working together might be like—no pressure, just a conversation. Reach out whenever you’re ready.
