Life can feel overwhelming at times — especially when you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life changes. You do not have to move through it alone. As a therapist based in Toronto, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and strengths. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more connected to themselves and their lives. My work integrates person-centred, strengths-based, solution-focused, parts work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches depending on each client’s goals and experiences.
Over the past eight years, I have specialized in maternal mental health, supporting individuals and families through the emotional and identity shifts that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. This work has deeply shaped my practice and strengthened my appreciation for the vulnerability, resilience, and growth that can emerge during life’s most challenging transitions.
I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, overwhelm, parenting stress, and life transitions. I also hold a special interest in supporting bereaved parents and those navigating parenthood without the support of their own parent. Recently, I have started support groups for parents navigating parenthood without their parents. Building community and creating connections is a passion of mine.
Whether you are seeking trauma therapy, EMDR, support for anxiety or depression, or navigating a major life transition, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to connect, answer your questions, and see if we’re the right fit.
