Life can feel chaotic as we rush between work, family, friends, and a multitude of other obligations, not to mention the added stress of world events. In this environment, it can be hard to even recognize our anxiety, ADHD, depression, or other mental health challenges.

I provide therapy for both individuals and couples, offering a safe and quiet space where clients can slow down and take the time to address their struggles. These struggles range from relationship challenges to anxiety, self-esteem, anger, trauma, and various other issues. Clients often face difficulty identifying the root causes of their issues or understanding how these challenges manifest in their everyday lives, hindering their ability to achieve their goals or function in a way that feels “normal.” Couples frequently find themselves stuck in repetitive and frustrating fights and patterns that lead to nowhere. These conflicts can be rooted in issues such as infidelity, anger, disconnection, loneliness, and more. Discovering the origins of your struggles and understanding their nature can be empowering, liberating, and a crucial step toward achieving meaningful and lasting change. This is what happens when you find a therapist who is the right fit.

I work with clients in an honest and empathetic manner, but I am also direct and challenging. Your time is important, and once you begin the therapy process, you want to experience change and progress toward your goals. I find immense fulfillment in witnessing people transform themselves and their lives. Observing people grow and change is truly beautiful.

Taking the first step – reaching out via email or phone to book a free consultation – may not be easy, but it requires courage and bravery to seek support. However, that initial step can mark the beginning of the healing and relief you are seeking.
